Geotechnical Testing
Knowledge as to soil-menchanical key figures is the basis of each geo-technical consideration for compiling sustainability and serviceability proofs. In cooperation with the geotechnical laboratory of the Technical University of Clausthal, we conduct field and laboratory test, in order to determine the underground conditions and soil-menchanical characteristics.
Field tests:
- Dynamic probing according to DIN EN ISO 22476-2
- static plate load test according to DIN 18134
- dynamic plate load tests with the light-weight deflectometer according to TP BF-StB part 8.3
- determination of deformation resistance using the CBR test
- Vane shear tests according to DIN EN ISO 22476-9
- In situ density determination according to DIN 18125
Laboratory tests:
- direct shear test according to DIN EN 18137
- uniaxial compression test according to DIN EN 18135
- Triaxial test according to DIN EN 18137
- CBR-test according to DIN EN 13286-47
- grain size distribution with/without hydrometer analysis, bulk density, water content and plasticity limit according to valid standardization
