We are an independent and innovative engineering corporation for geotechnics. During each stage of a project, we are proficient parnters for our clients when it comes to developing, designing and consulting, from the very first draft up until the successful conclusion of a project. Within the scope of our offered services, we deal with national as well as international projects in all geotechnical fields. The cornerstone for the foundation of the present UNDERyourfeet Ingenieurgesellschaft für Geotechnik mbH was laid in 2010. After accomplishing his doctorate thesis, Dr.-Ing. Emersleben (Doctor of Engineering) founded the independent geotechnical engineering office UNDERyourfeet with the aim of practical project reference besides his predominantly scientific task as Chief Engineer at the Technical University of Clausthal.

Due to the increasing amount of projects, the office was changed into a limited corporation at the beginning of 2016. Since that time, Dr.-Ing. Bussert joined UNDERyourfeet GmbH as Managing Associate Partner.

The foundation stone for the cooperation of the two Managing Associate Partners was laid during their common work at the Institute for Geotechnical Engineering at the Technical Universtiy of Clausthal. During that time, numerous research and third-party funds projects, geotechnical measuring instrumentations and dimensionings were successfully achieved together.

We maintain interdisciplinary contacts to other engineering offices. Thus, we may revert to renowned experts on their respective special subject any time in case of interdisciplinary questions. Due to our participation in committees and task forces, we have a broad network of experts at our disposal.

Due to the position of the Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Emersleben at the Institute for Geotechnics and Mine Surveying at the Technical University of Clausthal and the experience of Dr.-Ing. Bussert in the field of research, we have excellent contacts to the scientific field at our disposal..

Due to our close connection to the Institute for Geotechnics at the Technical University of Clausthal, we are able to plan, coordinate and arrange for laboratory and field as well as model tests in different scales.
